Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of switchgear assembly manufacturing experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Residence within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC; active-duty military exempt from geographic requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to ensure safety, quality, production, and 5S expectations.
• Maintain high quality within assigned areas and promote a quality culture.
• Train and coach employees to meet production goals and follow standard procedures.
• Deliver daily oversight to align staff with production targets and priorities.
• Lead Tier 1 meetings to communicate goals and results.
• Use systems such as DMM, ENOVIA, Turnback, Change Notice, Vista, and AS400.
• Proactively communicate issues to Supervisor and support timely resolution.
• Lead by example to motivate the team and address conflicts effectively.
• Operate forklifts as needed to support quality function.
