Eaton is seeking a Team Lead - MVA CC 2nd Shift at our Greenwood, SC location. The role involves guiding safety, quality, and 5S compliance while leading a manufacturing team in a dynamic environment.

You'll train and support employees to hit production goals, oversee daily operations, and drive continuous improvement using systems like DMM, ENOVIA, Turnback, and AS400. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leadership experience preferred (1 year).
• Experience with DMM, ENOVIA, Turnback, Change Notice, Vista or AS400 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to ensure safety, quality, production, and 5S expectations.
• Maintain high quality and promote a culture of quality.
• Train and support employees to meet production goals and procedures.
• Deliver daily tactical oversight to align with targets and priorities.
• Lead Tier 1 meetings to communicate goals and progress.
• Communicate issues to Supervisor for timely resolution.
• Motivate the team and address conflicts effectively.
