Job summary

TFT Global Inc. is seeking a Quality Team Leader in Ohio to provide hands-on leadership to a team of Quality Inspectors on the manufacturing floor. You’ll train staff, guide quality processes, and ensure adherence to work instructions and customer expectations.

This role emphasizes leadership development, process improvements, and collaboration with customers while maintaining 5S, ISO procedures, and safety standards on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to train and guide coworkers.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness for local travel and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to Quality Inspectors on the floor.
• Train Inspectors on work instructions and quality expectations.
• Prepare and communicate work instructions.
• Set up work cells and maintain 5S and organized areas.
• Review quality and production data.
• Support timekeeping and employee orientation.
• Participate in performance evaluations and competency reviews.
• Communicate with customers and support ISO, safety, and quality requirements.
• Ensure work is performed safely and to customer expectations.
