Job summary

TFT Global USA Inc is seeking a Quality Team Leader to provide hands-on leadership to a team of Quality Inspectors on the factory floor. This role offers the chance to grow into a lead position while remaining engaged with daily inspection activities.

Ideal candidates bring quality inspection or manufacturing experience, strong communication, the ability to train others, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing.
• Ability to train and mentor coworkers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with ISO procedures or continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and daily direction to Quality Inspectors.
• Train Inspectors on work instructions, quality expectations, and job requirements.
• Prepare and communicate work instructions; set up work cells; maintain 5S.
• Review quality and production data; support timekeeping and orientation.
• Participate in competency reviews and performance evaluations.
• Communicate with customer representatives as needed; support safety and continuous improvement.
