Job summary

TFT Global (USA) Inc. is seeking a Quality Services Supervisor to lead and support Team Leaders and Inspectors in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will balance people, quality, and daily operations on the floor, helping build strong teams and reliable processes. Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings, strong communication skills, ISO/5S familiarity, and the ability to train staff, coordinate schedules, and resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to coach and develop employees.
• Knowledge of ISO, 5S, and quality procedures is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; some local travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct teams of Team Leaders and Inspectors daily.
• Coordinate daily schedules and staffing to meet customer requirements.
• Coach, train, and develop employees to improve performance.
• Assist with new employee orientation and ongoing training.
• Monitor performance and provide input for reviews.
• Ensure accurate daily operational and quality data; conduct LPAs.
• Support 5S, ISO procedures, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Work with customer representatives and Shipping & Receiving.
• Review and approve time sheets.
• Uphold policies and a positive, team-focused environment.
