Job summary

TFT Global Inc. is seeking a Quality Services Supervisor to lead and support Team Leaders and Inspectors in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment in Brookville, Ohio.

The role emphasizes developing employees, coordinating daily operations, and delivering consistent quality and service to customers. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in manufacturing or related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage scheduling and staff needs while maintaining

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience.
• Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, production, or related environment.
• Experience scheduling employees and coordinating daily staffing needs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience coaching or developing employees.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, 5S, quality procedures, or continuous improvement.
• Ability to use computers for scheduling, timekeeping, data review, communication, and other daily tasks.
• Flexibility to support changing customer and operational needs.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation; some local travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide daily direction to assigned teams of Team Leaders and Inspectors.
• Coordinate daily schedules and staffing to support customer requirements.
• Coach, train, and develop employees to improve individual and team performance.
• Assist with new employee orientation and ongoing training.
• Monitor employee performance and provide input for performance reviews.
• Help ensure accurate daily operational and quality data.
• Complete scheduled Layered Process Audits (LPAs).
• Support 5S, ISO procedures, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and help identify improvements.
• Work closely with customer representatives and Shipping & Receiving.
• Review and authorize employee time sheets.
• Help ensure teams follow company policies, procedures, and customer requirements.
• Promote a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment.
