Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong analytic skills with ability to interpret quality metrics.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar QMS frameworks.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a ~15-person QA team to achieve performance targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and streamline workflows.
• Maintain and optimize QMS processes aligned with ISO 9001 or similar frameworks.
• Oversee inspections, non-conforming product tracking, and customer quality issues.
• Collaborate with P&P, Logistics, and Sales to resolve quality issues and maintain supply chain integrity.
• Track KPIs and provide actionable quality metrics to leadership.
