TVH Americas is seeking a dynamic Team Manager Quality in Olathe, KS. You will lead a 15-person QA team, champion continuous improvement, and align processes with ISO 9001 frameworks to ensure product compliance and operational excellence.

You will oversee inspections, defect tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with P&P, Logistics, and Sales, while delivering actionable KPIs to leadership. A strong change-management mindset and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Strong coaching and performance evaluation skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and change leadership.
• Deep knowledge of QMS and ISO 9001 or similar.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate metrics into actions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a 15-person QA team; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement; streamline workflows and SOPs.
• Maintain ISO 9001-aligned QMS to ensure product compliance.
• Oversee First Article Inspections, Incoming Receiving Inspections, NCP tracking.
• Collaborate with P&P, Logistics, and Sales to resolve issues.
• Track KPIs and report quality metrics to senior leadership.
