Job summary

TVH Group seeks a Global Product and Procurement Manager in Olathe, KS to lead the P&P team and drive global procurement strategy, budget adherence, supplier relations, and process optimization. Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Experience with global leadership and direct/indirect reports
• Experience collaborating with global suppliers
• Experience in inventory, product development and/or category management
• Strong supply chain background
• Supplier relationship management and contract negotiations

Responsibilities

• Develop annual strategic plans aligned with global procurement strategy
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team and budgets
• Lead negotiations with high-value suppliers and manage contracts
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement and technical workstreams
• Build capability and transfer knowledge within the team
• Engage global stakeholders to align objectives and ensure collaboration
