TVH Parts Co in Olathe, KS invites applications for a Global Product and Procurement Manager to lead our P&P team. You will drive global procurement strategy, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize spend of about €15M.

You will develop a diverse team of 8–15 professionals, oversee supplier negotiations and contracts, and implement process improvements to boost product quality, inventory, and service metrics.

Qualifications

• Engineering, business, or supply chain degree or 5+ years of leadership in industry.
• Global leadership with direct/indirect reports.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and contract management.
• Experience in inventory, product development or category management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning & budgeting for global procurement strategy.
• Lead and develop a diverse team of 8–15 professionals.
• Set and monitor performance objectives related to cost, quality, inventory, and service.
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage contracts for pricing, service and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement across procurement and technical workstreams.
• Strengthen team skills in technical knowledge and negotiation through training and coaching.
• Engage internal global stakeholders to align objectives and support the team.
• Maintain strong product and procurement knowledge across the department.
