Job summary

THK Manufacturing of America, Inc. in Hebron, OH, seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the entire quality function and drive continuous improvement of the QMS, calibration, and document control.

You will focus on scrap reduction, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction, acting as Management Representative for ISO 9001-2015. You will coordinate with multiple departments, mentor Quality Engineers and technicians, oversee audits, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Quality Engineer training.
• 3 to 5 years minimum experience in Quality Assurance.
• 3 to 5 years minimum of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead auditing and calibration and document control and train Quality staff.
• Oversee scrap reduction and ensure customer satisfaction targets are met.
• Manage the Quality Assurance function staff and coordination with departments.
• Drive root cause analysis and preventive actions across the organization.
• Maintain 5S3T and a safe, orderly workplace for accuracy of inventory.
• Record and report quality issues, defects, and corrective actions.
