Responsibilities

• Gather data and drive process improvements.
• Ensure Branch One follows Corporate QA guidelines.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Verify calibration of scales and gauges.
• Analyze and resolve quality issues including complaints.
• Inspect merchandise loads before shipping.
• Assist with returns analysis at Branch One.
• Inspect crates and rolled items per schedule.
• Assist supervisors to meet specifications.
• Explain quality specifications to employees.
• Use SPC to collect quality data.
• Ensure departmental quality checks.
• Evaluate Branch One inventory.
• Oversee special processes and studies.
• Reject improperly packaged product.
• Reject and document wire returns to Wire Mill.
• Review Infinity checks and issue non-conformance reports.
• Perform ISO 9001:2015 audits on schedule.
• Perform 1st piece approvals after changeovers.
• Conduct capability studies on new products.
• Reject Clips Returns to Vertex.
• Complete FAA, PPAP, and Beta runs.
