Job summary

ALUTIIQ LOGISTICS & MAINTENANCE SVS LLC seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead the quality management system for NAWS China Lake BOS contract. You will ensure compliance with contract requirements and implement continuous improvement across all contract functions.

The role requires CMQ/OE certification and at least five years of QMS experience on large federal service contracts, with strong communication and leadership skills. On-site work at Ridgecrest, CA with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• CMQ/OE certification is required.
• Five+ years of experience implementing and enforcing QMS on federal contracts.
• Experience on contracts with ~$60M annual value or greater.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, administer, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Prepare and enforce the Quality Management Plan per contract requirements.
• Ensure compliance with PWS, QASP, regulations, and company policies.
• Establish quality objectives, metrics, inspection programs, and reporting processes.
• Conduct internal quality audits, inspections, and surveillance across service areas.
• Lead root-cause analyses and CAPA actions.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure contract compliance.
• Coordinate with Government QAEs, CORs, and stakeholders.
• Prepare quality reports and executive briefings.
