Job summary

Afognak Native Corporation in Ridgecrest, CA, seeks a Quality Manager to lead the QMS for a large BOS contract at NAWS China Lake. This role serves as the primary authority for QA/QC across contract functions and interfaces with government representatives and program leaders.

You will develop, implement, and continuously improve the QMS, prepare management plans, perform internal audits, and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• CMQ/OE certification required.
• 5+ years' experience implementing QMS on federal contracts.
• Experience on BOS/Base Operations contracts preferred.
• Strong knowledge of performance-based contracting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the contract Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead internal quality audits and Government quality reviews.
• Prepare Quality Management Plans, inspection programs, audit schedules, and CAPA processes.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure contract compliance across all functions.
• Coordinate with Government QAEs, CORs, and other stakeholders.
• Provide quality training and prepare executive-level reports.
