Job summary

duvari group is seeking an experienced Quality Systems Manager to lead and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS) across industrial construction and manufacturing operations in Missouri. You will partner with leadership, engineering, construction, and field teams to strengthen quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

You’ll own the QMS, drive ISO 9001 compliance, document control, root-cause analysis, and data-driven process improvements across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction, industrial services, or a project-based environment.
• Proven experience implementing and managing a QMS.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, internal auditing, and document control.

Responsibilities

• Lead, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage ISO 9001 compliance, internal audits, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Own document control for SOPs, procedures, work instructions, forms, and templates.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of quality issues and nonconformances.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize and improve processes.
• Develop and track quality metrics and use data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead process improvement initiatives across multiple locations and operations.
• Provide training and coaching to reinforce quality standards and accountability.
• Work with external auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders as needed.
