The role requires strong knowledge of ISO 9001, leadership of 1–10 staff, and the ability to train and mentor team members while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in metallurgy or materials science engineering required.
• 4–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance in heavy manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage ISO 9001 compliance for the QA department.
• Schedule and supervise department staff to meet quality and production goals.
• Review quality reports and non-conformities; implement corrective actions with Supervisors.
• Train, mentor and discipline department personnel.
• Ensure adherence to safety, procedures, and training requirements.
