Job summary

Qnity in Chesterfield, MO seeks a seasoned Quality Management professional to implement and oversee the QMS at the site. You will coordinate audits, maintain documentation, and drive continual improvement aligned with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years’ experience with QMS, certification leadership, and strong communication skills to engage cross-functional teams. This role is on-site in Chesterfield and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Mgmt., Operations, Manufacturing Mgmt. or equivalent.
• Lead or Internal Auditor certification for ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949:2016 desired.
• Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and AS9100 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement, support, and improve the QMS for this site.
• Maintain site metrics and communicate quality performance to leaders.
• Coordinate and participate in QMS audits by 3rd party certification bodies.
