Job summary

CIC Construction seeks a Quality Systems Manager to develop and improve the Quality Management System across our industrial construction and manufacturing operations. You will drive process compliance, standardization, and continuous improvement to reduce risk and boost efficiency.

You will lead audits, document control, and corrective actions while partnering with leaders across engineering, construction, and manufacturing to ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and managing a Quality Management System (QMS) including internal auditing.
• Proven ability to document control of policies, procedures, forms, templates and work instructions.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives and driving compliance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, auditing, and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review quality performance metrics and internal audit findings.
• Partner with department leaders to document, standardize, and improve processes.
• Manage document control for policies, procedures, and forms.
• Lead corrective and preventive action efforts, including root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with leadership, engineering, construction, and manufacturing; support external auditors.
