Job summary

Qnity, located in Chesterfield, MO, seeks a Quality Management System leader to drive ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and AS9100 compliance across the site. You’ll lead internal audits, coordinate corrective actions and drive continual improvement within manufacturing operations.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving and documentation control skills, with collaboration across quality leadership and customers.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience performing Internal Audits and CAPA systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement, support and improve the QMS for the Chesterfield site.
• Maintain site quality metrics and report to leaders on quality performance.
• Support QMS interfaces with other sites; this location is a remote support site for others.
• Maintain conformance to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and AS9100 standards.
• Coordinate and participate in QMS audits by third-party bodies; liaise with the site and CB.
• Coordinate, maintain and improve internal audit program per standards.
• Coordinate Management Review activities for Chesterfield and other sites.
• Conduct training on QMS procedures and maintain related records.
• Improve document control and revision of the Quality Manual; manage associated records.
• Lead corrective action activities and verify their effectiveness.
• Lead investigations on internal and supplier nonconformities and drive root cause analyses.
• Coordinate continual improvement projects and evaluate their impact.
• Analyze data and trends for QMS processes and site activities.
• Support Document Change Management for Chesterfield.
• Provide additional admin support for other site functions as needed.
