Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Quality Management Leader to own and drive the Quality Management System on the factory floor. You will ensure AS9100 alignment, maintain controlled procedures, and lead improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.

You will monitor KPIs, develop dashboards, and guide CAPA activities to reduce COPQ while elevating first-pass yield and customer satisfaction. Strong data skills and shop-floor presence are essential for success.
