Balance Staffing is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive excellence in advanced machining operations. You’ll support ISO 9001/AS9100, lead audits, and guide CAPA/root-cause analysis while mentoring teammates and collaborating with engineering on process controls.

The role blends hands-on problem solving with mentorship, aimed at continuous improvement and customer satisfaction in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5+ years in Senior Quality Technician or Inspector role.
• Strong understanding of blueprints and GD&T.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Experience with quality tools and data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Audit internal, supplier, and product quality to ISO 9001/AS9100.
• Lead CAPA and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and update Quality Control Plans and checklists.
• Support MRB disposition and nonconformance.
• Train and mentor team on quality tools.
