PrideStaff is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager for an established precision manufacturing company serving aerospace, defense, medical device, and industrial customers. You will own the AS9100D / ISO 9001 QMS, lead audits, CAPA, NCRs, and continuous improvement on the production floor.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing quality experience.
• Experience leading internal and external audits.
• CAPA, NCR, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and verification.
• Familiarity with GD&T, inspection planning, calibration, and QC controls.

Responsabilidades

• Own, maintain, and improve the AS9100D/ISO 9001 QMS.
• Lead internal audits, self-assessments, and management reviews.
• Manage CAPA, NCRs, customer complaints, and audit findings.
• Ensure on-site presence to verify procedures align with specs.
• Lead quality-improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and inspection to improve processes.
