Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, seeks a Quality Systems Engineer to develop and improve the QMS across satellite production and mission-critical hardware programs. The role drives AS9100D compliance, audit readiness, and systemic process improvement with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Global Supply Chain teams.

The position oversees QMS execution, audit programs, and data platforms; supports certification activities and scalable quality operations as Millennium grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5-7+ years in a quality systems role with QMS responsibility.
• Expert knowledge of AS9100D and/or ISO 9001:2015.
• Demonstrated leadership in systemic investigations and RCA methodologies.
• Ability to obtain US Security Clearance (US citizenship).

Responsabilités

• Develop, lead, and manage QMS processes to meet AS9100D, ISO 9001, and customer requirements.
• Lead internal and external audit programs; manage scheduling and reporting.
• Drive CAPA and root-cause analysis for internal and supplier nonconformances.
• Develop KPI dashboards and data analyses to improve quality performance.
• Train stakeholders on quality policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
