Williams International seeks a Quality Systems Analyst to oversee the Quality Management System per SOPs. You will design and enhance quality systems, conduct audits, and manage First Article Inspections to ensure product integrity.

The role requires 3+ years of manufacturing auditing, AS9100/ISO 9001 knowledge, and internal auditor certification. U.S. citizenship and potential security clearance are required; extensive collaboration with Ops and Engineering is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a quality-related field.
• Three or more years of auditing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 (or ISO 9001/IATF 16949).
• Internal auditor certification for AS9100 or ISO 9001.
• Demonstrated experience conducting First Article Inspections and AS9102.
• Experience communicating audit findings both pleasant and difficult.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong work ethic and quality-first mindset.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the Quality Management System aligned to Common Operating Procedures.
• Design, implement, and enhance quality-related systems for manufacturing and product integrity.
• Conduct internal QMS audits and prepare clear, actionable audit reports.
• Perform manufacturing process verification audits and drive nonconformity closures.
• Perform and review First Article Inspections per AS9102 requirements.
• Support external audits and customer visits by preparing evidence and tracking outcomes.
• Deliver training and mentoring on QMS topics to promote quality culture.
• Lead or contribute to special projects prioritized by Quality Leadership.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and failure investigations with Ops and Eng.
