Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the AS9100 Quality Management System and ensure overall product quality. You will own corrective actions, audits, and proactive quality leadership across production and administrative processes.

The role emphasizes risk identification, supplier performance, and sustaining quality improvements through cross-functional collaboration and hands-on inspection when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality or management.
• 3+ years of quality checks and AS9100 audits preferred.
• Experience driving corrective actions and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the AS9100 Quality Management System and ensure effectiveness.
• Lead internal and external audits, including customer and registrar audits.
• Drive corrective actions (8D, CARs, SCARs) and monitor resolution.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Maintenance to resolve quality issues.
• Perform on-floor inspections and training to raise quality awareness.
