Harbinger is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive its Quality Management System and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2026, IATF 16949, and customer requirements. You will lead audits, apply root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will develop data-driven quality metrics, mentor internal auditors, and partner with cross-functional teams to sustain process compliance across manufacturing operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 3–5 years quality-focused experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Experience leading internal audits and applying root-cause analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead QMS processes to meet ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Manage document control and QM systems for data integrity.
• Plan and perform internal audits and identify improvements.
• Drive root cause analysis and timely corrective actions.
• Develop and mentor internal auditors for cross-functional audits.
• Track quality metrics and promote continuous improvement.
