Job summary

HGC Industries is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality team, strengthen quality systems, and ensure top-tier product quality and customer satisfaction. You will drive continuous improvement, develop employees, and lead initiatives that align with company growth.

The role requires strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO14001, root cause analysis, data analytics, and project management. Build a high-performing team and foster positive customer relationships while achieving department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a technical field, or at least ten years' experience in Quality Engineering.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• 3+ years' experience in automotive preferred.
• Certified Quality Engineer, IATF 16949 or ISO14000 auditor – a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a quality system compliant with IATF16949 and ISO14001.
• Leads process and procedural development and validation activities (APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, etc.).
• Develops product improvement and cost-saving initiatives and proposals.
• Supports customer during product development and audits; participates in project reviews.
