Job summary

MissionHires is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and mature quality systems within a manufacturing environment. You will independently evaluate, select, and apply quality techniques, manage audits, and serve as a customer liaison to ensure satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in quality management. Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing quality and process improvements in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Hands-on experience with root cause analysis and cause mapping.
• Proven experience managing and maintaining customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate, select, and apply quality techniques and procedures.
• Determine, document, and prioritize areas for quality and process improvement.
• Maintain and ensure conformance to IATF 16949 requirements.
• Monitor and report progress of environmental improvement programs.
• Serve as customer liaison to ensure satisfaction.
