Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of quality systems and inspection processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.

• Willingness to learn PPAP data collection and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support internal audits and process audits to ensure conformance.
• Perform gage R&R and line inspections as needed.
• Document nonconforming goods and communicate issues.
• Generate inspection reports and maintain records.
• Assist with PFMEAs and control plans.
• Contribute to lean initiatives and 5S improvements.
