Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Quality Engineer II to ensure the delivery of high-quality products through testing, data analysis, and process improvement. You will collaborate with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to define quality standards and drive continuous improvement across the lifecycle.

The role blends hands-on testing with planning, light automation, and stakeholder communication, with an emphasis on defect reduction and ISO-compliant procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality analysis or software testing (manual and/or automated).
• Thorough knowledge of inspection and quality engineering techniques and concepts.
• Ability to apply continuous improvement techniques to quality and manufacturing functions.
• Ability to use data analysis tools and KPIs to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer, regulatory, and Parker PQP requirements; translate to site-level quality plans, controls, and acceptance criteria.
• Deploy PQP tools at the site; evaluate effectiveness and drive corrective actions for gaps.
• Audit and improve inspection reporting to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Lead containment strategy and cross-functional root-cause investigations; drive CAPA selection and effectiveness verification.
• Analyze site quality performance using SPC and KPI dashboards; drive improvement with stakeholders.
• Maintain site QMS documentation and readiness for audits (customer/regulatory/ISO).
• Lead internal audits and represent the site during external audits.
