Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corp is seeking a Quality Tech to support calibration programs, gage management, and inspection of components to ensure conformance with specifications. The role involves documentation, problem solving, and training colleagues on inspection methods.

Responsibilities include maintaining calibration schedules, performing precision measurements with CMM/Keyence, and assisting with ISO/QS audits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of trades training in a specialized field or process.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings, blueprints, formulas, and advanced shop mathematics.
• Proficient with precision measuring instruments and quality-related PC programs.
• Minimum of 3 years of Inspector experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with PFMEA, advanced gaging equipment, and training others on inspection methods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the gage calibration schedule, database, and storage areas.
• Calibrate gages and precision measuring devices.
• Inspect components to verify conformance to standards and specifications.
• Support nonconforming material disposition and related documentation.
• Program and operate advanced measurement equipment including CMM and Keyence.
