Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in quality analysis or software testing (manual or automated).
• Knowledge of inspection techniques, quality engineering methods, and basic analytics.
• Ability to communicate clearly and drive improvements across functions.

Responsibilities

• Translates customer and PQP requirements into site-level quality plans and criteria.
• Owns deployment and governance of PQP tools and quality procedures at the site; drives corrective actions for gaps.
• Performs MSA activities (e.g., gage R&R) and supports calibration compliance.
• Oversees inspection activities and drives data integrity for reports and nonconformances.
• Leads containment strategies and cross-functional root-cause investigations; manages CAPA actions.
• Analyzes site quality performance with SPC/KPI dashboards and prioritizes investigations.
• Ensures readiness for customer/regulatory/ISO audits and supports internal audits.
• Collaborates across Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
