Qualifications

• Engineering background or similar technical qualification preferred.
• Experience leading QA/QC in manufacturing, 4–6 years desired.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Hands-on leadership with shop-floor engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO requirements and customer expectations.
• Lead internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
• Manage NCRs, CARs, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Monitor quality KPIs and report quality performance to management.
• Ensure procedures, records, data books, and quality documentation remain compliant and up to date.
• Conduct internal audits and support supplier quality assessments when required.
• Spend significant time on the production floor supporting manufacturing teams.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues through practical corrective actions.
• Monitor quality trends, defects, rework, and customer complaints, implementing improvement initiatives.
• Support production and engineering teams with quality troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Lead, coach, and develop Quality Inspectors and quality personnel.
