Job summary

The Brock Group in the United States is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to lead quality assurance and control activities within our manufacturing environment. You will oversee QA/QC personnel, ensure compliance with ASME, ISO, GMP, FDA where applicable, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

You will coordinate inspections, review drawings and welding procedures, mentor inspectors and technicians, and act as main QA representative to clients.

Qualifications

• AWS CWI certification is required.
• ASNT Level II Visual Testing certification required.
• Experience interpreting ASME codes and welding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site QA/QC activities and personnel.
• Serve as primary QA representative to the Client.
• Oversee Inspectors and NDE Technicians.
• Ensure inspection activities meet Codes, specs and client requirements.
• Interpret ASME requirements and review drawings and procedures.
• Coordinate NDE and welder qualification activities.
• Mentor QA Inspectors and drive corrective actions for nonconformances.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain public safety standards.
