The role involves supervising daily QA operations, developing QC procedures, monitoring processes, training staff, auditing programs, and maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Industrial/quality engineering background preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate daily quality assurance operations and team members.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze quality data and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Lead audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Train, mentor, and develop quality assurance staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
