Job summary

Shoals Technologies Group is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee quality control within our manufacturing facility. You will manage a team of inspectors, coordinate inspections and testing, and work closely with production, engineering, and management to identify and resolve quality issues.

You will help ensure compliance with regulatory standards and drive continuous improvement in quality performance, reporting to Operations leadership and supporting training and hiring as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of quality leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience reading technical drawings.
• Knowledge of QC tools and measurement equipment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assign work within the QC area.
• Coordinate inspections, audits, and testing.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and management.
• Maintain attendance records and manage disciplinary actions.
• Support hiring and training programs.
• Maintain training records and attend daily operations meetings.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality escapes.
• Ensure SPC data entry and adherence to quality objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
