Job summary

Shoals Technologies Group is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our Tennessee-based production team. You will inspect, test, and verify manufactured products meet established quality standards on the production floor, performing visual and mechanical inspections and documenting results.

You will use measurement tools and QA procedures, communicate findings to supervision, and support continuous improvement in the manufacturing process. This role requires attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with measurement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality.
• Use QA tools to measure adherence to manufacturing specifications.
• Communicate inspection results to floor leadership.
• Remove products that do not meet production standards.
• Record results and complete quality documentation accurately.
• Data entry and digital file management.
• Other duties as assigned.
