Shoals Technologies Group in Tennessee is seeking a Quality Inspector to visually and mechanically inspect manufactured products on the production floor, verify adherence to specifications, and document inspection results. You will use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other QA tools to ensure quality.

Communicate findings to floor leadership and support continuous improvement by identifying defects and non-conformances.

• Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Basic arithmetic and measurement technique literacy.
• Willingness to learn to use QA tools on the floor.

• Perform visual and mechanical inspections of manufactured products.
