Job summary

Shoals Technologies Group is seeking an EHS Senior Supervisor to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across manufacturing sites. You will monitor compliance, guide risk reduction, and drive continuous safety and environmental improvements. You will report to the EHS Manager and may lead a team of EHS professionals.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, incident investigations, and promoting a culture of safety in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing EHS experience.
• Accredited safety certification is required.
• ISO systems experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assign work within the EHS team and coordinate with operations.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
• Provide solutions to daily EHS issues without higher-level guidance.
• Ensure sufficient coverage for the EHS department.
• Review timecards and manage vacation requests for hourly staff.
• Lead the hourly EHS team through training and mentoring.
• Attend daily operations meetings to report EHS issues.
• Lead root cause analyses for injuries.
