Enviva seeks a Quality Supervisor to oversee plant quality operations, manage the laboratory and testing of finished goods, and drive continuous improvement in product quality and process efficiency. The role focuses on maintaining customer specifications, QA/QC documentation, and safe, compliant operations.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in quality with at least 2 years in supervision, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Quality; 2+ years in a supervisory role or equivalent education
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced plant environment
• Willingness to lead hourly teams and work odd hours when required
• Desire to learn quickly and take on increasing responsibility
• Professionalism and integrity with accountability

Responsabilités

• Manage the plant laboratory; supervise and train operators
• Develop and maintain quality control tools and procedures; audit test procedures
• Oversee daily collection and testing of samples; interpret quality metrics
• Formulate reaction plans for quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Lead and train employees on quality procedures; conduct RCA coaching
• Oversee quality assurance for handling and storage of pellets; ensure customer requirements
• Lead special projects to improve and optimize plant operations
• Direct hourly staff and coordinate with terminal management where needed
