Technipaq, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee production quality personnel and processes, ensuring procedures are in place and training is completed on time.

The role coordinates direct supervision of quality inspection staff and drives ISO 13845 compliance in production and the quality lab environment. This position operates with minimal supervision and acts as a backup to some Quality Assurance Manager functions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QA Lab Supervisor experience in an ISO 13485 environment.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 requirements and regulatory standards.
• Flexible packaging industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Previous ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee production quality personnel and processes.
• Ensure proper procedures are in place and training is completed on time.
• Manage shift staffing and supervise quality inspection personnel.
• Enforce ISO 13845 standards within production and quality lab environment.
• Serve as backup to some Quality Assurance Manager functions.
