Solenis LLC is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor I to oversee daily laboratory operations supporting chemical manufacturing. You will supervise technicians, manage testing for production, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, calibrations, and reporting of results.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 10+ years quality experience, supervisory background, and proficiency with lab instrumentation and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of quality experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Experience working within an ISO-certified quality system.
• Prior supervisory or management experience.
• Working knowledge of laboratory instrumentation, analytical methods, and testing procedures.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily Quality Control laboratory operations in support of manufacturing activities.
• Supervise, train, and develop laboratory technicians while maintaining staffing coverage for a 24/7 operation.
• Coordinate testing for production support, raw material approvals, investigations, customer complaints, projects, and supplier qualifications.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, laboratory procedures, record retention, and quality documentation programs.
• Manage laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance, and analytical testing activities.
• Support internal and external audits, certifications, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all site safety and environmental requirements.
