Job summary

Dometic Land Vehicles Americas in Greenbrier, TN seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead the facility's QMS and drive customer satisfaction through strong quality practices. You will coordinate audits, manage documentation, and oversee corrective actions while partnering with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure robust process controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Quality, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline preferred or equivalent combination of education and manufacturing quality experience.
• 3-5 years of quality experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining and improving ISO-9001 Certified Manufacturing Systems and knowledge of standards and principles.
• Experience with PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, 8D Problem Solving, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Ability to analyze quality data and develop actionable improvement plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, procedures, work instructions, and documented processes.
• Coordinate internal audits and support external audits by customers, certification bodies, and corporate representatives.
• Monitor effectiveness of quality processes and drive actions to address gaps.
• Manage document control and ensure quality documentation remains current and compliant.
• Collect, analyze, and report monthly Quality KPIs.
• Prepare and present monthly quality reports to plant and Quality Director.
• Develop and track improvement plans to achieve quality objectives.
• Administer and maintain the Corrective Action System.
• Lead root cause investigations using 5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D methods.
• Ensure timely implementation, verification, and effectiveness reviews of corrective actions.
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities for systemic improvements.
• Review customer quality requirements and coordinate PPAP documentation packages.
• Serve as primary contact for customer quality concerns and audits.
• Support new product launches by validating quality requirements and control plans.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure robust process controls.
• Supervise quality inspectors and technicians; support production teams to reduce defects.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to reduce waste and complaints.
• Ensure inspections and testing follow established procedures.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
