Dometic is seeking a Quality Supervisor in Greenbrier, TN to lead the Quality Management System (QMS) and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. This role reports to the Plant Operations Manager and requires collaboration with engineering, supply chain, and production teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing quality, strong ISO-9001 and PPAP experience, and proficiency in Excel/Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred or equivalent manufacturing quality experience.
• 3–5 years of quality experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience maintaining ISO-9001 systems and knowledge of PPAP, corrective actions.
• Experience with PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, 8D and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong data analysis and action-planning skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsabilités

• Lead and maintain the facility's ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
• Coordinate internal audits and support customer/certification audits.
• Monitor quality processes and drive corrective actions.
• Manage document control and ensure current quality documentation.
• Collect, analyze, and report monthly Quality KPIs; present to Plant leadership.
• Develop and track improvement plans to meet quality objectives.
• Administer Corrective Action System and lead root-cause investigations (5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D, Pareto).
• Ensure timely verification and effectiveness of corrective actions; monitor trends.
• Review PPAP documentation for customer requirements and LVA segments.
• Support new product launches with quality validation and control plans.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure robust process controls.
• Supervise quality inspectors/technicians and support production teams to reduce defects.
