Job summary

Dometic Land Vehicles Americas is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to drive supplier quality performance across the product lifecycle in Elkhart, IN. You will partner with sourcing, engineering and manufacturing to ensure compliance with quality requirements and support new product introductions.

The role requires strong knowledge of APQP/PPAP, quality tools and ISO 9001, with opportunities to lead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with supplier quality.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, and supplier quality management.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality performance across the product lifecycle.
• Lead PPAP validation and supplier qualification activities for new products.
• Coordinate SCARs and drive timely corrective actions with suppliers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Quality to resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement and ISO 9001 compliance initiatives.
