The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in manufacturing quality, at least 3 years of supervisory experience, and proficiency with ISO-9001 standards, PPAP, FMEA, and data tools like Excel and Power BI.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of quality experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience maintaining ISO 9001 systems and improving processes.
• Experience with PPAP submissions, customer quality requirements, and corrective actions.
• Experience with PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, 8D Problem Solving, and Root Cause Analysis.

Aufgaben

• Maintain ISO 9001 compliant QMS, document control, and audits.
• Collect and report monthly Quality KPIs to plant leadership.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions and root cause analyses.
• Coordinate PPAP documentation and customer quality inquiries.
• Support new product launches with quality plans and control strategies.
• Supervise quality inspectors and technicians; drive continuous improvement.
