Job summary

Baxter Healthcare in Cleveland, MS, seeks a Quality Supervisor to oversee the Solution departments within the Quality organization. You will implement quality systems, train technicians, and lead investigations into defects and corrective actions.

Ideal candidates hold a science/engineering degree, Six Sigma Green Belt, and experience with process validation and Lean methods to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field and knowledge of quality systems.
• Experience with FDA manufacturing is preferred and Six Sigma is advantageous.
• Lean manufacturing exposure and problem-solving skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise quality operations in the Solution departments and manage technicians.
• Implement and improve quality systems, processes and procedures.
• Coordinate training and cross-training of staff; support interviews and onboarding.
• Lead process validation, capability and control studies for assigned areas.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean project initiatives across the plant.
