Job summary

Baxter Healthcare Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Cleveland, MS. This role focuses on keeping manufacturing equipment operating reliably to support high-quality healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in a technical field or a HS diploma with relevant maintenance experience, and will work in a fast-paced production environment with adherence to cGMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing and maintaining mechanical systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with PM/TPM/6S and quality documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Support plant production by performing repairs and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment including electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and vacuum systems.
• Assist in annual equipment inspections and participate in equipment projects.
