Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, microbiology, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a cGMP-regulated industry.
• Experience with environmental monitoring and contamination control programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the chemistry and microbiology laboratory activities for quality, process validation, and compliance.
• Oversee adherence to quality systems and cGMP; interface with regulators during inspections.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with Lab Services and QA to maintain departmental operations and budgets.
• Develop career paths and growth opportunities for Quality Control staff.
• Ensure timely release of products to meet quality requirements and timelines.
