Job summary

Baxter’s Cleveland, MS facility seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead the Solution department and advance quality systems across the team. You will interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff while driving ongoing process improvements and equipment upgrades. Strong Lean and Six Sigma experience is preferred for this challenging role.

The position emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, program oversight, and adherence to Baxter procedures to sustain manufacturing excellence and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related science or engineering field.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• FDA manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Solution department and manage subordinates in the area.
• Implement quality systems, processes, and procedures in the Solution departments.
• Interview, hire, train, plan and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees.
